WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION ACT
COMPLAINTS AND REPORTING PROCEDURES IN ACCORDANCE WITH the HinSchG
SPEAK-UP
Lawful and ethical business activities have the highest priority at SWAP (Sachsen) GmbH. We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal behavior. Compliance with human rights, laws, official requirements and business instructions is of great importance to us.
Violations can cause great harm to our company and damage our reputation. This impairs our economic performance and success. Violations can also infringe the rights of our employees and employees of our suppliers, service providers, etc. in our supply chain or violate environmental protection regulations.
NOTES FOR EXTERNAL MESSAGES
Information to which the German Whistleblower Protection Act applies can also be forwarded to the state reporting offices designated by law (so-called external reporting offices). § Section 7 (1) sentence 2 of the Whistleblower Protection Act stipulates that whistleblowers should prefer to report to an internal reporting office – i.e. speak-up – in cases where effective internal action can be taken against the violation and they do not fear reprisals. Further information on external reporting offices can be found on the homepage of the Federal Office of Justice.
